The ACP Diaspora Youth Support Services (DYSS) is an association of youth Diaspora in Europe from The ACP (African, Caribbean and Pacific) group of countries recognized under the Flemish Federation of Social Organizations (Federatie van Zelf Organizaties in Vlaanderen). DYSS is a Not-for-Profit organization whose initiative and core objective is to build the capacity of ACP Diaspora youth in Europe for professional excellence and development of ACP home countries.

Gladys Kamau is a linguistic and International Relations Specialist with B.A from Coventry University, UK. She has worked as a teaching assistant in Cardinal Wiseman School in Coventry UK.

She is a leadership expert and interested in promoting youth capacity building and empowerment most especially of African women, through coaching and training. This motivated her to start up a project called ‘‘Business Ideas for Women Kenya’’ with the purpose of empowering women towards entrepreneurship.

She is passionate about healing African families, finding out ways to empower African communities and ensuring equal race rights.

Her inspirations are to be a global nomad for Africa, international speaker, and activist blogger.

She hails from Kajiado Kenya. She joined ACP DYSS to connect with like-minded African youth and particularly interested in women entrepreneurship and parenting for better future of African, Caribbean, and Pacific descents.
