Mr. H. Agondanou is a business management professional with knowledge of accountancy and fiscality and is specializing in Small and Middle Enterprises. He is the founding member of a small health hospital in Abomey, Benin. He is also the founding member of an enterprise in breeding. Because of earlier studies in International Diplomatic Relations, he was the president of the association for promotion of local culture and talent of the youth. He has skills in social law and in commercial and economic law.
